By accessing and using the NeuroLex Dyslexia Detection Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
NeuroLex provides an AI-powered dyslexia screening and learning support platform designed for educational consultants. The Platform enables consultants to manage student profiles, conduct assessments, track progress, and access resources related to dyslexia detection and intervention.
To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to educational consultation and dyslexia screening. You shall not:
As a consultant, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before entering student information into the Platform. You must comply with all applicable data protection regulations including but not limited to COPPA, FERPA, and local privacy laws.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and assessments — are owned by NeuroLex and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The screening tools provided on this Platform are for educational screening purposes only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis. Results should be interpreted by qualified professionals and supplemented with comprehensive clinical evaluation when necessary.
NeuroLex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
